Making plans

Suggestions in German often start with Wollen wir ...? or Sollen wir ...? (Shall we ...?), or with Lass uns ... (Let's ...). To decline politely, say Leider kann ich nicht and offer an alternative.

Agreeing on details: Wann treffen wir uns? Wo treffen wir uns? And confirming: Abgemacht! (Deal!)
